Delete your account
You can delete your Francroyable account and everything in it at any time. It takes a few seconds in the app, and it can’t be undone.
In the app
The quickest way. You need a connection.
- Open SettingsThe last tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete accountUnder Sign out, at the bottom of Settings.
- Type DELETEThen tap Delete my account. You’re signed out straight away.
What happens to your data
Deleted straight away
- Your account and the email address you sign in with
- All your cards and decks, including topics you added
- Your learning progress, reviews and streak
- Your chats with the tutor
- Your remaining credits, including ones you bought
Kept, without your name on it
- A record of AI use and credit changes, with nothing that identifies you, for our accounts
- Records of purchases, without the link to you, as accounting law requires
- Audio of shared sentences, which isn’t personal
- Crash and error reports, which our error-reporting service deletes within 90 days
Cards saved on your phone that hadn’t synced are deleted from the phone too. You can sign up again later with the same email, but you’ll start from nothing.

Ask us by email instead.
Write to us from the email address you sign in with, so we know the request is yours. We’ll delete the account and confirm by email within one month.
